• WebExport assumes no liability for compromised external credentials

4. Protocol & Conduct

Usage must align with global legal standards. You must possess the legal rights to the source content you process.

Strictly Prohibited:

• Unauthorized extraction of third-party IP
• Distribution of malicious executable code
• Automated scraping of the WebExport engine itself
• Bypassing tiered extraction limits

5. Intellectual Property

WebExport and its internal logic remain the exclusive property of its creators. Usage grants a license to operate the tool, not ownership of the engine.

6. Billing Logic

Paid tiers provide elevated engine capabilities:

• All transactions are finalized via secure providers
• Subscriptions are processed on a recurring cycle
• Refunds are evaluated only in cases of severe technical failure
