Audit
List all pages and blog posts

Use WebExport to crawl and export your entire Squarespace site as clean HTML/CSS/JS.
Export product data (if e-commerce)
Go to Commerce → Products → Export All to download CSV of your product catalog.
Save form submissions
Export form submission data from Forms panel before canceling your plan.
Deploy
Choose a hosting provider
Use our Static Hosting Picker tool to find the best free host for your exported site.
Upload exported files
Push exported files to your chosen hosting provider (Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages).
Transfer your domain
Unlock your domain in Squarespace Domains settings and transfer to a registrar like Cloudflare or Namecheap.
Update DNS records
Point your domain to your new hosting provider.
Verify
Test all pages
Walk through every page of your new site and verify content, images, and links all work.
Submit sitemap to Google
Verify ownership in Google Search Console and submit your sitemap to maintain rankings.
Cancel Squarespace plan
Once everything is verified, cancel your Squarespace subscription and save money.
